Estimate crew members Number of people expected to work this location. Sq ft/hour per member Productivity per person. Each company can adjust this by service and real history. Required crew skills Specific skills needed for this location. Separate multiple skills with commas.

Recommended starting standards Complexity: Low 0.85, Standard 1.00, Medium 1.20, High 1.50, Very high 1.80. Landscape maintenance productivity: 4,000-6,000 sq ft/hour/member. Start with 5,000 and adjust from actual crew time. Formula: (Area sq ft x complexity multiplier) / (sq ft/hour/member x crew members) x 60 = proposal minutes.
